What is a Wrongful Act?

A Wrongful Act is generally defined as any actual or alleged
  • breach of duty,
  • breach of trust,
  • neglect,
  • error,
  • misstatement,
  • misleading statement,
  • omission,
  • breach of warranty of authority or
  • other act done or attempted by or any other matter

claimed against any Insured Person or any of them wherever or whenever while acting in their individual or collective capacities as an Insured Person.

Unfortunately the Awards night has been postponed until later due to COVID19, we very much appreciate the accolades this brings us.
